ORDERS

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been received and your payment has been processed.

If you do not receive a confirmation email to your inbox or junk folder within 24 hours of placing your order please contact customercare@windsorsmith.com.au.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive another email with your tracking number.

 

DELIVERY

For orders with more than one item, your items will be sent separately. A tracking number will be emailed to you for each item within the dispatch period.


If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card advising that your parcel has been re-directed to the nearest newsagency or Post office for you to collect.

A signature is required upon receiving your parcel. If your order is returned to sender due to incorrect billing information (or refusal of acceptance) and we are not contacted with an alternate shipping address, your order will be refunded, less delivery costs.

We do not allow our parcels to be delivered as Authority to leave as we require a signature upon delivery. If you do choose ATL, please note that the only confirmation of delivery that will be available and accepted to prove receipt will be obtained from the delivery driver. If you do not receive any items delivered via ATL delivery, they will not be replaced or refunded unless otherwise required by law. You agree that ownership of any Product that you order transfers to you once we have shipped it.

We are unable to deliver to military bases or military addresses in Australia and overseas.

Please ensure you are providing a business, residential, or PO Box address as we are unable to deliver parcel lockers nationwide.



AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

  • Free delivery in Australia on all orders over $100. For all orders under $100 a flat rate of $10 delivery plus GST will be charged.
  • For standard courier delivery times, please see table below for your area.
  • Please allow an additional 5 - 7 business days for your order to be processed in our warehouse before dispatch. During sale periods, please allow up to 14 working days.
  • We are unable to deliver to military bases or military addresses in Australia and overseas.
  • All online orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking and we cannot fast track orders.
  • It is essential that customers have their orders sent to a business or residential address where someone will be available to accept the delivery between 9am – 5pm and sign for the parcel. Otherwise, your parcel will be re-directed to the depot where a re-delivery will need to be requested.
  • Please note, we do not ship to Parcel lockers Nationwide.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. Most orders should be delivered within 14 days after dispatch (unless delays occur via customs).

  • New Zealand will incur a $35 AUD shipping fee per item. 

  • Europe will incur a $60 AUD shipping fee per item. 

  • USA  will incur a $45 AUD shipping fee per item. 

  • Asia will incur a $45 AUD shipping fee per item.

  • Brazil / Argentina will incur a $57.44 AUD shipping fee per item. Please note: it is the responsibility of the customer to supply their TAX ID and national identity number to Windsor Smith. Please check your email has been correctly entered at checkout as we will contact you once your order has been placed.   • Colombia / Chile will incur a $105 AUD shipping fee per item. Please note: it is the responsibility of the customer to supply their Colombian RUT / Chilean Tax ID to Windsor Smith. Please check your email has been correctly entered at checkout as we will contact you once your order has been placed. If you do not receive this email please check your junk mail or reach out to us directly via customercare@windsorsmith.com.au

  • For best shipping result, please enter your address in English. Please do not use any special characters such as ö, ф, 西, ê as carriers have trouble reading those.

  • We are unable to deliver to military bases or military addresses in Australia and overseas.

  • Items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or country you are shipping to.

  • International customers are solely responsible and liable for any duties, GST or VAT that are specific to their country. If your parcel is not collected and sent back to us, we will refund the value of the goods only and not the shipping cost. It is recommended that you contact your local customs office for further information.

  • Customs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by Windsor Smith if you choose to return your order for any reason.

  • Please note that local banks may charge currency conversion fees that may vary between banks and countries.
