Responsibilities are:

• Recruitment, training and development of teams
• Monitoring shrinkage levels and expense area
• Stock control
• Motivating and encouraging staff to achieve their financial budgets and KPI's
• Leading by example and making sure staff are trained on customer service and sales standards
• Inspiring all those around you about fashion and their career within the business

To be successful in this role:

• A wealth of Retail Fashion/Apparel Management  Experience
• Expertise within a multi store fashion Environment
• Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering results
• A non - stop drive to reach and exceed company Budgets
• Excellent Communication, networking and negotiation skills
• Experience in new store openings and building in-store teams
