RETAIL PROJECT MANAGER (HEAD OFFICE)

 

Windsor Smith are an Australian National Footwear Company that has the Hottest Fashion Footwear available all year round for Men and Women and an exciting opportunity has become available for an Experienced Project Manager to join our Company. 
The successful candidate will have experience as a Project Manager and have a proven background in a range of projects. 


Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage the design, construction and fit-out of free standing stores.
• Manage the services provided by external consultants ensuring all projects are completed to budget and on time. (Consultants include designers, shopfitters, tradespersons, engineers, councils, certifiers and shopping centre management)
• Develop, implement and monitor capital expenditure and maintenance budgets.
• Control manufacture and delivery of fixtures and fittings from overseas suppliers.
• Control day to day store maintenance to ensure the corporate image is maintained in a cost effective manner.
• Good communication skills
• Proven retail store delivery experience
• Controlling fit out Budgets
• Excellent time management skills
• Managing multiple projects at once
• Interstate travel required

To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator and able to engage with multiple personality types including internal management and external groups.
