You will be a motivated and determined individual who will be responsible for ensuring customers enquiries are dealt with timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Quality Customer Service
• Respond to inbound call
• Assisting Customers with advice and ordering processing
• Proposing solutions to customer problems
• Confident and sound understanding of company policies and procedures
• Processing Internet Orders
• Ad hoc administrative tasks
• Assisting Online Store when required

To be successful in the role you must possess:

• High organisational skills
• Customer service experience required
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
• Online experienced favorable
• Confident communication skills - verbal and written
• Motivation and a desire to exceed what is expected
