Windsor Smith are an Australian National Footwear Company that has the hottest Fashion Footwear available all year round for Women and Men and an exciting opportunity for a Highly Motivated, hands on Cluster Manager has become available for our Stores.

 

To be successful for this fantastic role we require:

• Multi-Store Management up to 6 stores.
• Have the ability to achieve Outstanding Results
• Customer Service Delivery and Training
• The ability to assist your Manager and Assistant Managers in all aspects of the day to day running of stores.
• Merchandising
• Achievements of KPI's and budgets
• Have prior experience in Fashion/ Footwear Retail
• Training and Development
• Recruitment
