Returns and Refunds
At Windsor Smith our aim is to make sure our customers are completely happy with their purchase and the service we provide. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your online purchase, please send your shoes back with a copy of your invoice and the completed returns card you received with your order.

Windsor Smith ONLINE returns policy:
- Windsor Smith will only accept items that have not been worn and are in original condition and box.
- All returns must be sent back to our Internet Returns department via post only. Drop off's are not permitted and customers cannot return their online purchases in store.
- We only accept returns and exchanges within 2 weeks of your order being received.
- Once we have received your return you will receive an email confirmation and can expect your exchange within 7days.
- We only accept items purchased through windsorsmith.com.au if you have purchased your shoes from a Windsor Smith store please return to the same store for further assistance.
- Returns will be exchanged/refunded at the companys discretion.
- Refunds will be credited to the card used for payment within 7-14 business days, after the item has been received.
- All returns for change of size or change of mind are at the expense of the customer, but Windsor Smith will cover the cost of your exchange to be returned to you.
- If the item you have purchased from our online store is faulty, please post it back to us with a copy of your invoice. Once we receive your item it will be assessed by our returns department and you will be contacted with a result. Please include your postage receipt so we can reimburse you for this.
