ORDERING ONLINE:
- All prices on this site are displayed in Australia Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in Australia Dollars.
- Once you have placed your order you will receive an email to confirm your order has been received and your payment has been processed.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order please contact customercare@windsorsmith.com.au
- When your order has been dispatched you will receive another email from Star Track with your consignment number, which you can track at https://trackandtrace.aae.com.au/
SHIPPING:
AUSTRALIA
- We advise our customers that all orders within Australia can take up to 7-10 working days to be received, but we do our best to get our orders out as soon as possible.
- All internet orders are sent on Star Track Express with tracking and we cannot fast track orders.
- VIP members receive free shipping (Australian residents only)
- $9.95 for express postage within Australia for non VIP’s.
- It is suggested that customers provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office for you to collect.
INTERNATIONAL
- International deliveries will receive orders in approximately 10-14 working days unless delays occur via customs, which is out of Windsor Smith’s control.
- New Zealand $35.00 Air Express
- All other countries $70.00
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- If your item is unexpectedly sold out we will contact you promptly to arrange a new suitable alternative.
- Returns and exchanges will be happily accepted within 2 weeks of your order being received where the product has not been worn and is in the original box. Please see our returns and exchanges page for our returns policy and instructions on how to return and online order.
- Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed.
- Free shipping for VIP’s applies to orders within Australia only.
- If the item you have purchased from our online store is faulty please post it back to us with a copy of your invoice. Once we receive your item it will be assessed by our returns department and you will be contacted with a result. Please include your postage receipt so we can reimburse you for this.
